The Story

It begins with a sumptuous and luminous pink appearance in a clear glass bottle. This is followed by the delicacy of the red fruit aromas, red currants, raspberries and strawberries fill your entire nose and palate. Its ample structure and suave allure complete your pleasure.

Rosé Champagne has always been a speciality of the House, thanks to a terroir blessed with old-vine plantings of Pinot Noir. Treated as a separate batch, these grapes are harvested separately over a two-day period, then sorted on a triage table before de-stemming and gentle crushing all under the watchful eye of the cellar master.

Written Notes

Light rose colour. Open jasmin flower aromas with sake plum sensations. Dry, firm, refined and intense palate with good elegant fruitiness and lingering finish. Very harmonious. This cuvee was based on 2015 vintage. JL 90p (9/9/2020)

  • 90p

Dense pink colour with a discreet violet hue. Restrained fruit, hints of chalky minerality, red currants and green raspberries and raspberry leaf as well as hints of beetroots. On the palate well structured with ripe berries and a hint of minerality, medium bodied with good length.
