Champagne Vintage 2011 / Pinot noir especially stood out this year, while pinot meunier was a ected partly by attacks. The winter came unusually early, in November of the previous year, but a mild late spring still led to a owering in May. Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is pink and medium. On the nose it is open, youthful, fresh, seductive, generous and charming. The taste is harmonious, focused, fresh, vivid, refined, with silky tannins, and high in acidity, medium-bodied, with perfectly balanced, concentrated, well-structured structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has cranberry, raspberry, floral and apricot flavours. The finish is long, lingering, flavorful, vibrant and pure. This wine is sophisticated, fine and impressive. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years.
