Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green-golden hue. Very refined nose with fragrant character, hints of vanilla and brioche complemented by ripe pear and cloudberry jam, honeysuckle, a whiff of roasted hazelnuts in the background. On the palate well balanced with very fine mousseux, elegant acidity, chalky minerality, flavour quoting the nose, excellent tension and length. An impressing Blanc de Blancs.
