he Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Premier Cru "Vau de Vey" 2024 is a striking and complex white wine crafted from sustainably farmed 100% Chardonnay grown on the steep, dramatic slopes of the left bank of the Serein River. Cultivated on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this parcel-driven cuvée captures the essence of its cool, east-facing microclimate. The 2024 vintage has earned high acclaim (including a Platinum medal from Decanter) for its beautiful balance of power and precision. On the nose, it opens with fragrant white flowers, ripe peaches, and crisp pears. The palate reveals a broad, creamy texture layered with flinty mineral tension, wet stone, and an agile tangerine acidity that drives into a long, steely, and refreshing finish.
