Wine Description
The Story
This 100% chardonnay wine is grown on soil with Kimmeridgian limestone (hence the name) just outside of the Chablis area. The nose has citrus aromas, and the wine is bright, with refreshing acidity. Done entirely in stainless steel, this is the perfect accompaniment for shellfish or crab. The flinty minerality is combined with a hint of sweet cream on the mid-palate.
