Iron, smoke, cherries and plum jam. Crushed wild strawberries, vanilla and patisserie. Crazily complex and ripe nose. Very sweet fruit on palate with lots of charm and a velvety texture. Opens up with a layered texture and wonderful complex palate. Balance and integration of oak is wonderful. Silky ripe tannins and great length. Loads of pleasure and drinkability. 94p+
