Bonnairen Samppanjatalo perustettiin vuonna 1932 Fernand Bouquemontin toimesta ja talo on edelleen perheomistuksessa. Nykyään talon johdossa on Fernandin poika Jean-Louis Bonnaire ja hänen poikansa Jean-Etienne ja Jean-Emmanuel Bonnaire. Talo sijaitsee Cramantin Grand Cru-luokitellussa kylässä ja sen hallussa on 22 hehtaaria tarhoja, joista noin 50 % sijaitsee Cramantin alueella.
