Written Notes

This crisp and elegant traditional made sparkling wine (100% chardonnay) is a serious challenger of champagnes. So, refined and focused wine. The wine comes from the "premier cru" of Niagara Peninsula –  VQA Beamsville Bench. The wine rests on lees for 33 months. Production: 1,595 cases; TA: 8.1 g/L, RS: 5.0 g/L, Alc: 12.0%.

Green yellow colour. Refined gently toasty nose with white fruits, creaminess, honeydew melon. Dry, crisp, silky smooth, vivid acidity, refined and lingering finish with fresh apples. JL 90+p (3/2022)
