<10 tasting notes
Vivid bright amber-red. Autumnal aromas and flavors of dried flowers, tobacco, quinine and orange peel; a sour red cherry element builds with aeration. Fresh and juicy on the palate, showing impeccable balance, lovely inner-mouth perfume and a captivating, multilayered mouthfeel. Finishes suave, pure and very long, with building austerity. This vintage of Ceretto’s Bricco Asili has always shown some inconsistency, but the good bottles are unforgettable. Aged for two years in large Slavonian oak barrels.
