<10 tasting notes
Bright red. Deep, rich aromas of ripe red cherry, crushed stone, candied violet and spicy orange tea. Rich, thick and dense on the palate, with youthfully chewy tannins providing support to the red berry and cherry flavors. Finishes long and almost creamy. This is the last Bricco Asili aged in 100% new French oak and it’s still very much a baby, which surprised me, as I remember other bottles of the 2006 Asili tasting a great deal more accessible on other occasions.
