The Story

Pomerol, Saint-Emilion’s neighbour, is located to the north-east of Libourne and is the smallest of Bordeaux’s prestigious appellations, covering just 800 hectares (1,976 acres) of vineyard.

Dark purple red with violet hue and black core. Well concentrated but slightly closed nose, opening up quite slowly. Blackberries and hints of tobacco leaf, mild spices, discreet toasting. On the palate medium bodied with medium length and pleasant fruit in the finish, quite balanced character.
