Ruby. Dark fruits, ripe, rich, intense, jammy dark fruity nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, ripe, sweet, fruity, dark berries and spices. For those who like this style. 91-93

Deep colour. Fresh aniseed plummy cranberry aromas. Well balanced wine with lovely dark plum herb garden inky cola flavours, fine looseknit lacy tannins, expansive mid palate and underlying savoury oak notes, Finishes firm and long. Very well made wine with lovely al dente tannins pluming at the finish. 94 points

Dark purple red with violet hue and almost black core. Very pure fruit, blackberries and blackcurrants, hints of balmy spices in the background. On the palate opulent and rich with excellent structure, good length, balmy finish with multi-layered fruit. The best Berliquet I have ever tasted en primeur.
