Written Notes

Golden colour. Rich nose with complex character, typical botrytis character, hints of white nougat and peanuts, candied Angelica and mild spices. On the palate rich, opulent with balanced character, quoting the fruit of the nose, honey and spicy tones, candied orange peel, excellent depth and length. A great Sauternes.
