Soil: Clay and limestone
Age of vines: 37 years

Winemaking:
Manual harvest
27 day maceration with 2 remouages a day, Fermentation in barrels (35% new oak) for 12 months at temperature of 28°C.

Written Notes

Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. The nose is initially closed and opens up slowly, displaying fine dark berries, hints of gingerbread and toasting aroma. On the palate well structured with ripe tannins, juicy fruit, mild spices and good length.
