Written Notes

A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot.
Such a charming nose – evolved, complex, ripe and generous. Aromas of cassis, cedar, pencil shavings, black olives and earthiness. Full-bodied, broad and round palate with dense ripe fruitiness. Moderately low in acidity. Silky smooth tannin structure.  Long and harmonious finish. Drink now-2028. Decant for 2 hours and serve at 17-18°C with Entrecôte Grillée or Bistecca alla Fiorentini.
