Written Notes

Bright yellow colour of medium intensity with green-golden hue. Very aromatic nose, initially closed with some reduction, but opening up well displaying an aroma reminiscent of flintstone and cold smoke complemented by ripe pear, greengage and apricots. hints of tropical fruit e.g. pineapple and starfruit in the background. On the palate well structured with smoky minerality, balanced acidity, rich palate with excellent length, flintstone in the finish.
