The Story
Ce champagne d’antan est issu de l’assemblage de vieux vins de 2006-2007 vinifiés en fût de chêne selon la méthode utilisée autrefois. S’ensuit un très long vieillisement en bouteille au cours duquel des arômes d’amande fraiche, de vanille et de noisette se développent pour atteindre une complexité en bouche incomparable.
