Origins: The Prapò vineyard is a plot in the Commune of Serralunga d'Alba.
Type of soil: Calcareous and rich in iron
Vinification: From 12 to 16 days in steel vats with carefully controlled temperature.
Ageing: In 1600-liter French barrels, and in some small 400-liter barrels for 36 months.
Bottling: After the necessary evolution in the cellar in barrels, at least 8 months before being marketed...
