The Story

Origin: 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru Estate vineyards in Chouilly and Cramant in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.

Blend: 46% of vintage 2014 – 42% of vintage 2013 – 12% of vintage 2011

Dosage: 9 g/l
Ageing:  24 months of storage in bottle, disgorgement 6/12 months before marketing. Medium aging in stainless steel tanks around 18 months.

Light, watery colour. Fresh, pure and lean nose with smoky peachy aromas. Fresh, fruity, refined, harmonious and balanced palate. Lean finish with good intensity. JL 88p (4/2018)
