Written Notes

I am a big fan of the restrained and timid style of Genet, where by avoiding oxidation in every step, some shy and restrained beauties have to be listened to in a heartfelt way to fully understand it all. Take a really big gulp and close your eyes during the fifteen seconds that you let the wine dance in your mouth. Then you will feel an exemplary stylish texture and aroma of the finest Chouilly Grand Cru Chardonnay.
