The Story

Blend: 100% Pinot Noir

Journey of the senses & discovery
The sparse yellow gold robe of light bubbles precedes the fruity expression on the nose, rich mixture of notes of delicate pastry and apricot heart. The touch of the mouth is straight, fresh and expressive, with a light fleshy presence and gourmet, balanced by a suitable dosage.

Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is gold, yellow and and looking bright. On the nose it is open, wide, rich and generous. The taste is fresh, vivid, and dry, and high in acidity, with well-structured structure and the palate is one-dimensional. On the palate it is layered and has perfumed, floral, tropical fruits and white fruits flavours. The finish is medium long and round. This wine is transparent and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years.
