Origin: The latest addition to our family saw its first day in June 2009. Its grapes are from two plots: one half from Le Mesnil and the other half from Montgueux, the best cru of the Aube. On this magnificent hill, ripe Chardonnay fruit comes to life. No sugar or sulphites are added at the dosage stage, revealing the subtleties of a Chardonnay in its purest form.
