Didier Gimonnet's favorite champagne! And it is easy to understand him as this wine is already breathtakingly beautiful and impressive. The wine comes from 9 vineyards planted from 40 to 103 years ago! 34.5% Gros Mont and Dessus du Gros Mont, 31% Le Batteau (planted 1911), 10.2% Bauves, 8.4% Bionnes, 6% Buissons, 3.1% Champ du Prévot, 3% La Croix and 3% Grande Plante. Only 3900 bottles with 4.5% dosage are available to hunt for. Absolutely fantastic purity oh creamy depth in combination. Under the floral elegant notes and the silky texture are Cramant's notes of saffron and honey.
