Written Notes
Bright yellow with green hue. Reductive start, nose opening up slowly but very well, almost smoky minerality, hints of mint, juicy citrus fruit in the background, lemon zest, fresh tangerine. On the palate well structured with excellent depth and length, juicy fruit and fine minerality. A wonderful and promising Sonnenuhr.
