Written Notes

Very bright yellow with green hue. Ripe and aromatic nose reminiscent of juicy yellow stone fruit and meringue, peach pavlova, backed by candied lemon peel and aromatic herbs. apricots and peaches, mango and floral hints, privet blossoms. On the palate elegant acidity, sweet fruit quoting the nose, good balance and depth with very convincing length.
