The Story
Origin: Classic denomination region of Valpolicella.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 10%.
Alcohol: 12 % by vol.
Vinification: 7 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks and then 2 months ageing in Slavonian oak barrels of 65 hectoliters.
