Written Notes

Vinified from fruit grown to some of Tyrrell's finest vineyards and crafted with all the artisanal care that the team apply to their estate flagships. The Tyrrell team take on the task of crafting a smooth red wine from the essential fusion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot very seriously. Choice winemaking techniques infuse the wine witth complexity, adding richness of flavour and palate weight. Parcels are treated to a course of skin contact maceration and rest on sedimentery yeast lees after completion of fermenrs for maximum flavour extraction and exquisite balance. The final assemblage of components is determined to a style of integrated varietal fruit flavours and soft, supportive tannins. Alcohol 13.7%
