Written Notes

Attractive red colours. Striking and impressive Cabernet notes come through immediately. Blackberries, dry herbs, nettles. Good depth. Licorice and roast meat notes emerge on the palate. The palate is elegant mid weight. This is nicely balanced. Good length. Fine tannins. It does offer a slight note of the formal austerity one so often associates with Cabernet. Stunning stuff from Margaret River.
