Written Notes

“Incredible nose that is very decadent and rich...heav- enly cream, with a sexy m lange of fruits and nuts... plum, almond, walnut, cassis, chocolate...light cedar and light minerals (just-right pinch) and a nice kalamata splash...so round, rich, balanced, smooth, ripe and stillreserved...great flavors to match nose plus caramel... huge, refined finish. Bipin called it “silky, seductive and satiable.”
