The Bernkasteler Lay is another topvineyard not far from the Berncasteler Doctor. At its centrepiece, is a high-quality plot, planted with very old vines. From this fine weathered slate we harvest mostly very ripe grapes with a highly elegant and complex profile.

Written Notes
Bright yellow colour with green hue. Aromatic nose with juicy fruit reminiscent of ripe apricot, Mirabelle and peach, almost spicy with hints of lemon zest and minerality. On the palate juicy and well balanced with fine acidity, distinct sweetness and very good length.
