Graach is an excellent wine growing village in the heart of the Middle Mosel. Not as steep as the Domprobst for instance, but with more powerful slate soils, produces very racy, crisp Riesling wines with firm body, particulary good when made in dry or off-dry styles.

Written Notes
Bright yellow with green hue. Elegant and expressive nose with aroma reminiscent of ripe apricots, juicy peaches, mild spices, hints of saffron and vanilla, white lilies and acacia blossom honey. On the palate well structured with balanced acidity, discreet fruit and distinct minerality, medium bodied with convincing aromatic length.
