Intense golden colour. Opulent but refined aroma reminiscent of ripe apricots, peach jam, dried apricots and candied Angelica, a whiff of lime, candied orange peel and Cassata Siciliana. Blossoms honey and aromatic herbs in the background. Powerful on the palate with fine acidity which is perfectly balanced by the maturity, hints of minerality and distinct candied fruit flavour in the finish, complemented by apricot stone. Convincing length.
