Written Notes
From the wine varietal that ensured the success of this firm, here is a version from selected and late-harvested grapes. Fermented in acacia barrels, multifaceted nose recalling dried apricot, touches of star anise, bergamot and balsamic closing. Both juicy and compact in the mouth, with long- lasting persistence.
