Written Notes
Both smoky/stony and rich and brooding yellow peach, ripe greengage. It certainly has the initial impression of spontaneous fermentation but there's terrific fruit depth behind that. Powerful, deep, so fresh the sweetness is just part of the overall harmony. Long, pure citrus aftertaste with that smoky mineral note coming back on the finish. Almost chewy in its depth of flavour.
