The 2019 vintage from Bryant Family emanates a regal, inky purple in the glass, almost hinting at the profound depth and complexity concealed within. Aromatically, it greets with an opulent bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark plums, and crème de cassis, seamlessly interlaced with nuances of violets, sweet spices, and a wisp of graphite.

Upon the first sip, the palate is caressed by a voluptuous wave of dark fruit. Black cherry, blackcurrant, and subtle dark chocolate notes entwine beautifully with a delicate, underlying minerality. The mouthfeel is sumptuous, with velvety tannins providing a scaffolding that promises grace through aging, while a judicious acidity imparts a refreshing vibrancy to its rich palate.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a potent, tightly wound wine that will need at least a handful of years to soften. The aromatics alone are captivating. With time, the 2019 offers up generous red berry fruit, blood orange, rose petal, dried herbs and crushed rocks, all framed by bright, saline undertones that give the wine its shape. Just bottled, the 2019 shows better with each successive tasting. It's an absolutely brilliant wine by any measure.
