Capannelle Solare is a red wine made from the grape varieties 80% Sangiovese and 20% Malvasia vineyards from Solare-Toscana IGT (Italy). After the manual harvest, winemaking begins in stainless steel tanks 30 Hl, carbonic maceration of 15-20 days.
