The Story

Capannelle Solare is a red wine made from the grape varieties 80% Sangiovese and 20% Malvasia vineyards from Solare-Toscana IGT (Italy). After the manual harvest, winemaking begins in stainless steel tanks 30 Hl, carbonic maceration of 15-20 days. Written Notes

D 10 h / G 4 h Medium-intense, cherry red colour. Lovely intense and deep nose shows plums and tobacco, flowers and orange peel delivers. Very elegant taste with super smooth tannins, charming vividity with moderately high level of acidity and intense but restrained fruitiness. Long mineral aftertaste shines out with balance and promise from great potential of this medium-bodied and silky wine. Keep another 6 to 8 years.

Good looking normal size bottle, in an excellent condition and has bottom neck level. Colour is ruby red and and looking healthy. On the nose it is youthful, refined, fresh and seductive. The taste is round, focused, ripe, perfumed, firm, medium-bodied, with balanced and well-structured structure. The finish is medium long, round, lingering and spicy. This wine is exotic, fine and superb. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least 1h before tasting. Good value for money.
