The Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Premier Cru "Vaulorent" 2023 is a prestigious and remarkably concentrated white wine from a prime parcel situated right at the foot of the renowned Les Preuses Grand Cru hill. Crafted from organically farmed 100% Chardonnay, this expression bridges the power of a Grand Cru with the vibrant finesse of a Premier Cru. The nose offers an inviting blend of briny seashells, salted lemon, fresh stone fruits like peach and apricot, and subtle flinty nuances. On the palate, it is generous, round, and texturally creamy, yet beautifully balanced by driving acidity and a long, sleek, intensely saline finish.
