Bright Champagne colour. Excellent nose with multi-layered character, ripe pomaceous fruit, yellow stone fruit, hints of white blossoms and brioche. Creamy texture with pleasant mouthfeel, fine mousseux, discreet toasting flavour and elegant minerality, very good depth and length with a multi-layered finish.
