Written Notes

Belgrave CC - 68% Cabernet Sauvignon + 30% Merlot + 2% Petit Verdot. Fine nose of ripe blackcurrants, well-balanced and silky on the palate with fine-grained tannin. Lingering finish. Catchy wine. 90-91p.

Ruby. Blueberries, anise, some spices, liquorice and vanilla nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, anise, blueberries and spices, good length. Woody finish. 85-87

Dark purple red colour with violet hue and black core. A wonderful, quite modern nose with aroma reminiscent of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, ripe blackberries, juicy plums and hints of blackcurrant jelly in the background. On the palate well balanced with fine acidity, ripe tannins, succulent fruit and discreet spiciness. A wine with convincing length.
