Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Excellent nose with fine fruit elegant character with floral hints. Blackcurrant jelly, ripe blackberries, mulberries, hints of gingerbread spices, vanilla and a touch of cocoa, peonies and Wisteria. Great length and depth with excellent structure, ripe tannins, fine acidity, a whiff of sweetness in the finish, chocolate coated candied orange peel.
