PLANTING DENSITY: 6,500 vines per hectare

TOTAL SURFACE AREA: 30 hectares

TERROIRS: 70 % clay-limestone plateau, 17 % clay-rich slopes and 13 % of vines on sandy soils

GRAPES VARIETIES (since 2012): 63 % merlot, 28% cabernet franc,  7 % cabernet sauvignon, 2 % malbec

Written Notes

Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Aromatic nose reminiscent of blueberries and elderberries and hints of raspberries in the background. Fine toasting and mild spices. On the palate well structured with ripe tannins, mild acidity, juicy fruit and distinct spiciness, toasting in the aftertaste. Convincing length.
