This Rosé Champagne comes from a vine plot classified as Premier Cru on the Vertus terroir. In order to enable the exceptional blossoming of the flavours, the vinification technique known as "de Saignée" is used, a method that has practically died out today in the Champagne region. The alcoholic fermentation and maturing take place in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. After several years of ageing in the bottle in our cellars, this cuvée is ready to be enjoyed, and will surprise you with its power and the originality of its fruitiness: a true marvel!
