Written Notes

A generous yet finely balanced Blanc de Noirs from the Côte des Bar, this cuvée highlights the expressive, sun-kissed character of Pinot Noir from southern Champagne. The nose is open and inviting, offering ripe red apple, pear and wild strawberry, layered with notes of brioche, toasted almond and a touch of spice.

On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a creamy mousse and a distinctly vinous texture. Orchard fruit and red berry flavours are supported by fresh acidity, preventing the wine’s richness from becoming heavy. Subtle autolytic notes and a faint chalky edge add depth and structure.

The finish is smooth, persistent and gently savoury, marked by apple skin, toast and soft spice. A confident, gastronomic Blanc de Noirs that balances approachability with character.
