The Story

G.A.M. represents the first initial of each of the Mitolo children's first names - Gemma, Alex and Marco. The G.A.M. Shiraz comes from the Chinese Block within the Lopresti Vineyard, located all the way at the southern tip of McLaren Vale and on the coast. Medium deep crimson. Aniseed, black cherry aromas with roasted walnut/espresso notes. Sweet and savoury wine with ample black cherry, star anise/liquorice flavours, fine loose-knit tannins and well-balanced roasted walnut/mocha notes. Finishes chewy firm with earthy complexity.
