Deep color bubbles steady and fast, nice concentration. Nose ginger aromas dominates.
Palate notes of gingerbread, mousse still gripping in midpalate. Round slash sharp, opulence and spice balanced by sharpness and acidity. Medium-bodied+; Mousse still overwhelming the wine with midpalate on dosage. Too young
