Written Notes

Toasty, yeasty and slight citrus edge in the nose. A fine and subtle mousse of carbonation. Medium weight, good presence on the palate. Apple & pear flavors in the middle followed by a long finish with lemony citrus acidity. Unfortunately, an astringent note pops up in the end. Otherwise, refreshing, lively and a little on the light side. Probably better with food. 85 points
