This the first release from the Stanleigh Park Vineyard since the outstanding 2013 vintage. Stanleigh Park Vineyard is located on the sandy alluvial soil on the banks of Black Creek, in the Hunter Valley sub-region of Lovedale. 2022 is a season with many similarities to 2021 but overall of higher quality. Wine Information
At two years of age on release, this wine still has a lovely pale yellow colour with green tints, showing the wines capacity for longevity. A fragrant nose showing lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf aromas typical of young Hunter Semillon. These characters continue onto the palate with a wonderful fruit weight which is complimented by the perfect acid structure, which keeps the flavour lingering.
