Spätlese Cuvée I is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc and 10% Welschriesling, all picked in Ilmitz with a small proportion of botrytis and was made in stainless steel. The nose is surprisingly floral and completely fresh, with an edge of elderflower and distinct lemon.
