Written Notes

Light, yellow green colour. Complex and multilayered nose with plethora of aromas – truffle oil, white peach, brioche, foie gras white flowers and gunflint with gentle toastiness (derived from oak ageing of 10%). Dry, broad and intense silky texture with purity and concentration. Smooth mousse with pristine fresh fruit and minerality escorts the lingering finish leaving polished and refined aftertaste. Reaching its peak in 2025-2030. Perfect companion to grilled garlic butter lobster. JL 89+p (Oct 2021)
